Dr. Raju is the Founder and President of GlobePharma,Inc., a manufacturer of specialized pharmaceutical equipment and quality-assurance devices, established in 1993, and based in Monmouth Junction, NJ, USA.
He is the Founding Director, and Ex-CEO & Chairman of Natreon, Inc., USA.
Dr. Raju has also worked for two major pharmaceutical companies - Wyeth Laboratories and Burroughs Welcome Company – in USA as a Scientist, and some generic drug companies before founding Natreon, where the mission was to bring Ayurveda to prominence it deserves.
He holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from the University of Maryland at Baltimore and is a Licensed Pharmacist in New York State.
Alongside the patents held by GlobePharma, Dr. Raju is a named inventor on U.S. Patents 5,358,970 and 5,731,000 (stabilized bupropion compositions), assigned to Burroughs Wellcome Co. and Glaxo Wellcome Inc., and on U.S. Patent 8,063,005 (personal care formulations), granted to him individually.

Melissa brings over 24 years of pharmaceutical industry experience and plays a central role in GlobePharma's commercial and operational execution. She leads customer engagement, distributor coordination, and internal process optimization, including Salesforce implementation. Her leadership spans operations, production, and global distributor partnerships, and she has been instrumental in developing and scaling products including the and upcoming 2026 innovations.
Strategy & Business Development
Director, Strategy & Business Development
Sameer brings over 15 years of global OEM leadership across engineered products, sensors, and industrial technology, including roles at Danaher, Sensata, TE Connectivity, WIKA, and Sigma Engineered Solutions. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from UMass Lowell and an MBA from Boston University's Questrom School of Business. At GlobePharma he leads strategic planning, scientific communication, and commercial development.

Operations Manager
Chaitanya is an experienced industrial engineer with a strong background in manufacturing operations, process optimization, and quality systems. Since joining GlobePharma in 2017 he has led improvements across assembly, inspection, and production workflows, implementing Lean methods and driving IQ/OQ/PQ process validation. He holds an M.S. in Industrial Management from UCM and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from MVGR College.
