Since 1993, with the introduction of unit-dose sampling devices to address issues in sampling of powders and liquids, GlobePharma has developed many different models of samplers, remote swabbing and microbiological sampling tools, and cleaning validation tools. GlobePharma was granted 13 U.S. patents.
Continuing our interest in developing products to help solid dosage form development, we developed a ProQbD™ (Quality by Design) platform of products. The first one is a patented technology for simultaneous sifting and blending, by introducing a sifting mechanism right inside the blenders, which eliminates the need for a separate ingredient screening step, saving time and money. This invention is probably the biggest advancement in powder blending in more than half a century.

Remote swabbing and microbiological sampling tools help swabbing and microbiological sampling of remote locations, such as roofs, inside of large pieces of equipment, inside of deep tanks, etc. without the need for a QA person to climb into the equipment. These tools are extendable to 25 ft and come with a variety of attachments for swabbing and microbiological sampling. A Teflon-template tool is also available to help swab a pre-determined swab area.
