Require min. Master’s degree or equivalent degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, electronics or a related field. Perform production scheduling, keep track of project status, purchases, production specifications & manufacturing abilities using Concurrent Versions System (CVS). Establish SOPs for day to day operations including fabrication & assembling of equipment. Assist in developing electrical & electronics circuits using Auto CAD Electrical. Develop PLC programs on controllers such as SLC 5, SLC 500, MicroLogix, CompactLogix, ControlLogix, Beckhoff, Mitsubishi PLCs, CLICK PLCs, & DirectLOGIC. Develop HMI programs using RSView32, FactoryTalk View, RSViewSE/ME, Wonderware InTouch, Wonderware ArchestrA, LabVIEW, CMORE. Estimate production costs, cost saving methods, & the effects of product design changes on expenditures for management review, action, & control & Inventory management using SAGE 100. Design layouts for current lineup & equipment under development for improved utilization of labor, materials & workspaces using SolidWorks. Prepare manuals, implement IQ, OQ, PQ documentation & FAT testing for the equipment. Work under limited supervision. Travel to attend trade shows, meet with vendors & service the equipment. Knowledge, with proof, of listed skills required. 40hrs/wk.
