LIQUID SAMPLERS
Samplers for liquid, semi-solid and suspension sampling are available in different diameters, lengths and models.
UNIT DOSE LIQUID SAMPLERS
There are two types of unit-dose liquid samplers – Syringe type and pipette type. Syringe type samplers are available with 10 and 60cc sterile syringes. With 10cc syringe, a sample as small as 1 cc, and with the 60cc syringe, a sample as small as 5cc can be obtained. Samples can be submitted to the lab in the syringe itself or in a vial.
The pipette type sampler has a syringe at the top to pull the liquid into the stainless steel pipette. Tips are available with different orifice sizes to cover liquids of different viscosities. Unit-dose or bulk samples can be obtained depending on the diameter of the pipette and the volume of the syringe.
LIQUID SAMPLER MODEL VIII
This sampler is available for use with 5cc and 60cc sterile disposable syringes.
LIQUID SAMPLER MODEL XI
Model XI-B Liquid Sampler, 48” long, 1.0” OD, made of 316L stainless steel with RA 10 finish (mirror finish) on the inside, electropolished, and passivated as per ASTM A-967 standards.
BULK LIQUID SAMPLERS
The Model IX Liquid sampler os our bulk sampler. This sampler accommodates a bottle (customer-provided) inside a stainless steel cup and the sample volume depends on the bottle size.
