GlobePharma’s MaxiBlend®  1-2-3 Pilot Scale Blenders continue the innovative interchangeability of the MaxiBlend® Lab ScaleBlender with vessels up to 3 cu ft. These cantilever design units can accommodate 1, 2,& 3 cu ft vessels, including v-shells, bins and double-cones, with and without intensifier bars. All the vessels from the MaxiBlend® Lab Blender may be used with the pilot scale units with an adapter. Each unit is standard with variable speeds for the vessel and intensifier bar drives and are Sift-N-Blend® compatible for all vessels.

The MaxiBlend® 1-2-3 offers the same versatility as its MaxiBlend® 1-2 counterpart, but is upgraded to include a built-in lift system. This allows users to easily discharge from the elevated position into drums or containers.

The MaxiBlend®  1-2-3 touchscreen controls are user friendly with multiple blending segments offering individual speed, time and intensifier bar settings.
